Exciting Updates: Split PO's & further enhancements!

We’re thrilled to share some important improvements designed to enhance your experience and help your business grow.


Splitting PO's

Many of you have been asking for a feature that allows for splitting purchase orders and after a few delays, we have finally been able to release this new development this month.

With this new feature, you can split placed orders by delivery dates.

Miscellanious Updates & Fixes

In the coming weeks, we will continuously release a number of smaller requests and fixes, such as:

  • Customizable PO Settings
  • Flexible PDF Generation
  • Expected Delivery Dates (front end integration to stores)


Plugin Updates

Last month we also released a new connector for WooCommerce and WordPress to improve the speed of the 2 way sync.

Better Support, Faster Development

We’ve upgraded our feedback system to streamline how we collect and prioritize your requests. Now, you can submit feature ideas or report bugs directly through our support section.

All requests are added to our public Roadmap, where you can track progress and vote for what matters most to you, helping us focus on what you need.


New Pricing Tiers & Enhanced Features

We’re introducing two new pricing tiers - Founder and Merchant - for new subscribers.

Current users will keep their existing plans, with no changes.


The Merchant tier includes:

  • Slack/WhatsApp Support: Direct access to our team for faster 'human' assistance.
  • Expanded Team Seats: Invite up to 4 team members (increased from 2).
  • Coming Soon: Buying Assistant: Intelligent recommendations for performance, forecasting, and stock levels, launching next month, March.

October Release - Bill of Materials (BOM)

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Bill of Materials (BOM) feature in our October release!


This powerful addition is designed to streamline your inventory and production management, giving you even more control over components, materials, and packaging.


It's a first version, so thing might be a bit bumpy and we would really like to get your feedback and ideas on how we can improve it!

App Release Update - Version 2.20.0

A new version of the Shelf Planner app has been released with following updates and fixes:


Supplier Currencies

You can now enter cost prices and create PO's using both supplier and store currencies.

  • You can now synchronize your store on demand in the store information on top of the page.


(All live '2-way syncs' and all nightly synchronization are unchanged, but this allows you for example to sync new products or categories when you add them during the day.)
