WooCommerce High Performance Database
We have seen some cases where the Year To Date and Sales Last year has not been populated or synchronised.
If you have a WooCommerce store and you have switched from the classic database structure to the High Performance database, it can happen that not all data has been processed:
Sync Orders (WooCommerce hpos)
Shelf Planner automatically recognises the structure of the orders in your store. However, it can happen that a part of your orders are stored as 'legacy' orders in your store and they have not yet been synchronized.
In that case, you can synchronize these in the WooCommerce Advanced Settings:
With the next synchronisation, the API call will automatically include the orders with the new structure into the synchronisation.
