Welcome to Shelf Planner, a powerful inventory management solution for WooCommerce users. By installing or using the Shelfplanner Connector plugin and accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

  • "Shelf Planner" refers to the software and services provided by Shelf Planner, including the Shelfplanner Connector plugin.
  • "User" or "Customer" refers to the individual or entity using Shelf Planner’s services.
  • "Services" refers to the inventory management tools, analytics, and related functionalities provided by Shelf Planner.
  • "Plugin" refers to the Shelfplanner Connector plugin for WooCommerce.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin or Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Plugin and Services immediately.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Have a valid WooCommerce store and administrative access to install the Plugin.
  3. Provide accurate and complete information during registration and ensure it is kept up to date.

4. License and Usage

  1. License Grant: Shelf Planner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin and Services solely for managing inventory within your WooCommerce store.
  2. Restrictions:
    • You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Plugin or Services.
    • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Plugin is prohibited.
    • Unauthorized use of the Plugin for purposes other than intended is strictly forbidden.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

  1. Data Usage: Shelf Planner collects and processes data related to your inventory and store performance to provide the Services. This data is used solely for delivering and improving the Services.
  2. Privacy Policy: All data handling complies with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected.
  3. Third-Party Integrations: The Plugin integrates with WooCommerce to access necessary data. By using the Services, you authorize these integrations.

6. Payment and Subscription

  1. Fees: Access to certain features of Shelf Planner may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and billing cycles, will be displayed at the time of purchase.
  2. Payment Terms: Payments are processed securely through a third-party provider. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable charges and billing terms.
  3. Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility criteria and the process.

7. Service Availability and Updates

  1. Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
  2. Updates: Shelf Planner may release updates or enhancements to both the Shelfplanner platform and the Plugin. It is your responsibility to keep the Plugin updated to ensure optimal performance.

8. User Responsibilities

  2. Maintain secure access credentials for your account and notify Shelf Planner immediately of any unauthorized use.

All intellectual property rights related to Shelf Planner, including the Plugin, trademarks, and content, are owned by Shelf Planner or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

Shelf Planner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the Services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Shelf Planner disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelf Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
