Site Sync

We are working on a new feature called Site Sync, which will allow you to synchronize inventory and sales across multiple webshops. This feature is currently in development and is planned for release later this year.

Feature Details

With Site Sync, you will be able to:

• View sales forecasts for each item across all your websites.
• Generate order proposals for each SKU based on these forecasts.
• Manage multiple webshops from a single 'master' shop interface, giving you a comprehensive view of inventory levels, predictions, and order proposals for your entire business.

Current Limitations

Please note that, for the time being, we are unable to synchronize sales per SKU between multiple sites. This functionality will be included in the final release of our Site Sync feature.

Temporary Workaround

In the meantime, we have created a temporary solution for users who need to manage multiple sites. By linking your user ID to multiple websites, you can easily switch between your shops using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

How to Set Up Access to Multiple Sites

If you would like to take advantage of this temporary workaround, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team directly at service@shelfplanner.com.
2. Provide your user ID (mail address) and the details of the websites you wish to link.
3. Our team will manually set up access to multiple sites from your user profile.
