February 2026 - Major Upgrade

With more users onboarding every month, we have not always been as fast as we wanted to get your feedback developed and released. 

To make sure we can support you better and faster going forward, we have spent a lot of time the past couple of months setting our support team up for success. Some of the releases we're doing this month should help streamline this process and provide you with a better service.

Integrated Feedback & Slack Channel

In our support section, we have upgraded the feedback sections. This new feature allows us to collect all requests directly into our backlog, which will allow us to do better planning of requests going forward.

When you create new feature requests, or find bugs and issues, we will review these and add these to our backlog. You can review the current status of requests in our backlog on the dedicated Roadmap pages:

Here we display all approved requests and you can leave your vote if you want a request to prioritized. This will help us focus on the right developments and speed up the entire process.

Pricing Tiers, User Roles & Support

Also in this release, we are introducing two new price tiers for our program - 'Founder' and 'Merchant'. Don't worry, nothing will change for our current users, this change will only impact new subscribers.
For the Merchant program, our second price tier, we have also introduced a number of new features, for example:

Slack / WhatsApp Support

For all current users, and future 'Merchant' tier users, we will open up a Slack or WhatsApp channel for direct and faster (and more importantly - human) personal support.

My Team

Already last month, we introduced roles & authorization for users in the program. With this release, we have increased the Team seats from 3 to 5, which means you can now invite up to 4 team members without any surcharge.

Buying Assistant

Next month, we will also release a new 'Assistant' that will provide more intelligent recommendations with regards to performance, forecast and stock levels. 

Again, nothing will change for current users - these features will be also included in your current plan.

Why increase price?

Our vision has always been (and will always be) to make an affordable, scalable solution that helps our users grow their business and make better purchase decisions.

We will increase our pricing this year to make sure we can keep developing and add new features your may request. 

Miscellanous Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Enhancing synchronisation between WooCommerce and our platform with additional error logging and automation.
  • Benefit from faster load times and improved responsiveness for graphs and tables.
